I was lost and confused. Secretly unhappy, fighting back depression, putting everyone else’s needs in front of mine, overweight, stressed, no relationship with God, working in a career-making 6+ figures but dying inside when God started shifting me. I did not know it at that time but he was leading me into my purpose.

From the inside looking out, it felt like my world had started falling apart. The career that I had based most of my identity on was now over, a relationship that I had been in for over 10 years (pretty much all of my adult life) had ended, I did not know what was next. It was approaching the end of another year and I was lost in my life smiling on the outside and breaking down on the inside. I had another year of not accomplishing the goals that I had set out to achieve. Just broken down!

When you are that broken down,

Unhappiness is normal right? I mean what adult honestly enjoys every year of their life, right? I knew that I was unhappy but I was unsure of what to do about it or who I could turn to. Thinking about the majority of the women, that I knew many of them were also unhappy in one or more of the areas in their life (or at least that is what the devil wanted me to think). I remember thinking “there has to be more for my life but who could I call, for help”. I mean what really can my mom or friend do to actually change my life, I am a grown woman and I need a change.

Some would call it chance but I would call it God Ordained. While looking at an event for a Holiday Trolly party, an event that I had been viewing every Christmas Season for the last couple of years, for the first time, I actually paid attention to who was sponsoring the event, New Life Coach Inc. New Life Coach Inc. is a worldwide coaching organization that trained life coaches. It was here that I not only obtained a Life Coach for myself but I also became a certified Life Coach and started Stepping into my new life.

Now I have confidence, I am an entrepreneur with multiple businesses, have lost over 60 pounds and loving my new body, have a deeper spiritual relationship with God, I am walking in purpose, and training others to also become a Life Coach.
